If I couldn’t ever be gentle.
I wouldn’t deserve to be alive.
On Earth, there is a rule of nature which no one can go against, “the weak fall prey to the strong”. It is a natural cycle to maintain the balance on the planet, not the same as “bullying” where the strong beat the weak. Humans, on the other hand, distanced themselves from the natural world and created their own world with a proprietary attitude. Even though the natural cycle of “the strong prey on the weak” has nothing to do with their world, humans allow bullying, discrimination, and prejudice to go unchecked with their egotistic mindset. Some people’s unproductive behaviour causes victims to struggle with sorrow and pain, and sometimes drives them to end their life.
We must act swiftly to eliminate the “strong eat weak” mindset which leads to discrimination, prejudice, and bullying that are rampant in the world.
In addition, even zoos and aquariums have their philosophy of “entertainment”, “education”, “nature conservation”, and “investigation and research”, however all of these are still “the Earthling’s ego” and they trap the creatures in artificial habitats and force them to do things against their will.
Compared to global warming, water issues, waste problems, and pollution of forests and oceans, this problem is much easier to solve quickly if people start to change their attitudes toward each other. So, let’s make action now.
